Eligibility: Applicants must produce an original film or video in one of the following categories: scripted series, commercial, PSA or promo, animation series, news and sports, nonfiction or reality series and Loreen Arbus Focus on Disability. Professionals may not be involved in the production of the piece, including producers, directors, camera operators, lighting or sound technicians and production managers. Applicants must also be full-time students who have produced their video for course credit at an American college or university during the current year.
