The first place national winner has their art made into the next Federal Junior Duck Stamp and travels with a parent to the next First Day of Sale event for their stamp.

Travel Photography and Savings Scholarship

Eligibility: Applicants must be U.S. citizens who are current students or planning to enroll in the fall in an undergraduate or graduate level program. Students must use a photo from their vacation and describe the destination, how they got there and any money saving tricks they used to help pay for the trip (reward points, carpooling, etc.) Picture should showcase a scene at a destination.

YoungArts Program

Eligibility: Applicants must be either high school sophomores, juniors, or seniors or 15 to 18 years old by December 1 of the year of application. Students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. The disciplines included are cinematic arts, dance, jazz, music, photography, theater, visual arts, voice and writing. Those applying in the discipline of jazz music may be registered aliens. There is a nonrefundable fee.
