AISES Intel Scholarship

Eligibility: Applicants must be AISES members who are also members of an American Indian tribe, are Alaska Natives or are Native Hawaiians. They must also be enrolled as full-time undergraduate or graduate students at a four-year academic institution or at a two-year institution working towards an academic degree. Students must major in one of the following fields: computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, chemical engineering or material science. The minimum GPA requirement is 3.0. Selection is based upon the quality of the application.

Eligibility: Applicants must attend an accredited institution whose main office is located in the following Utah counties: Cache, Davis, Salt Lake, Tooele, Utah or Weber County. Students may also attend an online accredited institution but must physically live in one of the counties. Applicants must be completing a bachelor's degree in nursing associate (RN), nursing, respiratory therapy, teaching or engineering (chemical, civil, computer, electrical, environmental or mechanical) or a transfer program in pre-engineering. Students must be enrolled full-time (12 credits or more per semester during two consecutive semesters beginning in the fall (fall and winter/spring)) OR be enrolled full-time in classes for one semester and practicum for the other semester.
