Eligibility: Applicants must be graduating students of any Pinellas County Public High School who are seeking a four-year degree and have completed Spanish IV. Students must have a minimum 3.0 or higher GPA and must have demonstrated school and community service. Preference will be given to applicants pursuing a career in foreign language education, international studies or international relations.
