Eligibility: Applicants must be children, stepchildren, adopted children, spouses or unremarried widows/widowers of Kentucky veterans and must be age 26 or younger. The veteran must have died in active duty or as a result of a service-connected disability, have a service-connected 100 percent disability, or have served during wartime and be totally disabled or have died for any reason.

Eligibility: Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be pursuing a college degree or technical or vocational training. They must be spouses, children, stepchildren, grandchildren or persons for whom the soldier provided half of their support for the calendar year and have financial need. The applicant must be a permanent resident of New Jersey, or the soldier must have been a permanent resident of or have lived on a military base in New Jersey.
