Eligibility: Applicants must reside in the Lower Richland area and be graduating seniors at Lower Richland High School. Students must be pursuing college, technical school or certificate training. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, submit a copy of their financial aid award letters and final student aid report, submit a 300-word essay stating their aspirations and future plans, include two letters of recommendation and have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Preference will be given to male African-American students.
