Applicants must also have been members of the Ice Skating Institute (ISI), have participated in the ISI Recreational Skater Program for at least four years and have completed 120 hours of volunteer service. Applicants must also submit two evaluation forms and an essay of 500 words or less explaining why they should receive the award.
