Eligibility: Applicants must be residents of the Great Lakes Bay Region (Bay, Midland or Saginaw County) pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applicants must submit letters of recommendation, a recent school transcript, a completed FAFSA, an essay and a special attachment or membership verification information.

Students must have some employment experience and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.8 for incoming freshmen/ rising sophomores or 3.0 for rising undergraduate juniors and seniors. Students must be a student who attends and is active in their local church and preference will be given to those who are affiliated with an Allegheny District Free Church.
